Ubertal Foundation’s mission is to increase the number of women that obtain and thrive in technology leadership positions. According to Harvard Business Review, 52% of women that are working as scientists, technologists and engineers quit their jobs. There are several reasons for this including hostility in the workplace, sense of isolation, different work styles than men, and inability to understand the path upward due to lack of mentors and sponsors. Ubertal Foundation aims to help address these issues through education, open communication, connection and mentorship. We host executive women leadership forums, help develop and nurture women entrepreneurs, support women returning to the workforce after several years away, and support the incoming pipeline of girls to learn about engineering and coding early on in their education and careers.
Ubertal is committed to donating a percentage of profits to its foundation as well as support for some of our partner organizations that share a similar mission.
